  Their website said that a part was in stock and when I went to the store they said they didn't have it. End of story. They then went back to discussing their snow trip with little interest in helping me find an alternative solution using individual components. The level of product knowledge is the lowest I've seen across a handful of Jaycar stores.

  Helpful friendly staff. They know where everything is so you can get in and out quickly . Efficiently tested and replaced a faulty CB whilst there with no issues.

  I went there with an issue to solve and John helped me thru the whole thing with patience knowledge and professionality, it was great. He solved the pazzle. I went back there after few days and I spoke to the branch manager Stuart which was absolutely amazing too. The staff are so kind and helpful, I would definitely recommend this place. Great experience!
